The fee per counseling session is $100.00, payable at each session. Sessions are payable by check or credit card at the time of the session.  I also accept credit card payments right here at my website.

A NOTE ABOUT INSURANCE: 

I don't accept insurance for several reasons, the most important being that this helps protect your medical privacy and the sacredness of our therapeutic relationship.  If you have questions about this, please don't hesitate to call me at 918.630.7533 and we can discuss it further.

It may be possible for you to obtain a refund for my services from your insurance company. I'll provide documentation, including a diagnosis, for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Contact your provider for more information on how much money you can expect to be reimbursed. Have my name (Annie Murrell), my Oklahoma license number (# 3717) and my credentials (MS, LPC, aka Master of Science and Licensed Professional Counselor) handy when you call them.
