The fee per counseling session is $100.00, payable at each session. That fee includes homework follow-up via email between sessions, if desired.  Sessions are payable by check or cash at the time of the session, or may be purchased by credit card here at my website.

A NOTE ABOUT INSURANCE: 

My services are payable with cash, check, or credit card.  I don't accept insurance as payment for several reasons, the most important of which is that this practice protects your medical privacy and protects the sacredness of our therapeutic relationship.  If you have questions about this, please don't hesitate to call me at 918.630.7533 and we can discuss it further.

If you do wish to use your insurance, you may be able to obtain a refund for my services from your insurance company. I'll provide documentation, including a diagnosis, for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Contact your individual insurance provider for more information on how much money you can expect to be reimbursed. Have my name (Annie Murrell), my Oklahoma license number (3717) and my credentials (MS, LPC) handy when you call them.
