My name is Annie Murrell and I am a Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral therapist located in Midtown Tulsa. I work with adults, couples and teens using an approach I call Quiet Mind. In any area of your life that isn't working, I'll guide you through a practical, creative, no-nonsense approach that can get things moving in a more positive direction.
